What to Expect
During Your Visit?

Upon arrival, our experienced front-line team will guide you through a swift and efficient registration process. They will liaise with our medical professionals to ensure you receive prompt and appropriate care, based on the information you provide.

Following registration, a nurse or doctor will conduct an initial assessment, checking your pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiratory status. Patients are triaged and prioritised according to the severity and urgency of their condition, ensuring that the most critical cases receive immediate attention.

After triage, a doctor will carry out a detailed consultation. You may be referred for further investigations such as laboratory tests or imaging studies. Based on your diagnosis, our medical team will recommend the necessary course of action, which may include prescribing medications, arranging specialist referrals, or admitting you for further treatment if required.
