Planned Admission Process

To ensure a smooth journey, patients scheduled for admission are required to bring the necessary documents. Upon arrival, you will:

Complete the registration process
Make a deposit payment
Receive a briefing on your hospital stay.

Admission / Discharge

Discharge Process

Once the attending consultant approves discharge, our team initiates the necessary steps to facilitate a seamless transition home:

Document Preparation – The ward staff prepares all required discharge documents.
Billing Process – Documents are sent to the billing department for finalization.
Medication & Clearance – The pharmacy and other relevant departments prepare take-home medication and finalize any outstanding matters.
Payment & Departure – Once the bill is ready, patients or their representatives can proceed with payment before completing the discharge.
